Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for testing of concrete raw materials, admixtures, and related materials; 2. Conduct various tests to meet relevant standards as required by the supervisor, and statistically analyze the relevant test data; 3. Develop and improve various test operation procedures, safety regulations, and precautions; 4. Communicate with technical leaders on various test ideas, methods, plans, and improvement measures; 5. Regularly inspect, maintain, and manage daily test equipment and instruments; 6. Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor. Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or above from a key university (211/985 preferred), majoring in inorganic non-metallic materials, chemical engineering, chemistry, applied chemistry, materials chemistry, polymer materials, or other related materials or chemical engineering majors. 2. 2 years or more of experience as an admixture tester or technician in similar positions. 3. Strong initiative, sense of responsibility, confidentiality, diligence, rigor, good planning and execution abilities, good adaptability, good communication and collaboration skills.
