I. Product Introduction

  Polypropylene monofilament fiber is a high-performance fiber specifically used for concrete (mortar). It effectively controls micro-cracks caused by factors such as plastic shrinkage, drying shrinkage, and temperature changes in concrete (mortar), preventing and suppressing the formation and development of original cracks in concrete, and greatly improving the crack resistance and permeability resistance performance, impact resistance, and increasing the toughness of concrete, thereby improving the service life of concrete.

  Hode polypropylene monofilament fiber is made by adding modified base materials to polypropylene chips for blending, spinning, and stretching. The fiber has undergone special anti-static and UV-resistant treatment, allowing the fiber to be evenly dispersed in the concrete and to exert its effectiveness for a long time; the "Y" cross-section of the fiber increases the fiber surface area; the fiber is subjected to chemical and physical modification, resulting in a rough and porous surface, greatly improving the bonding force between the fiber and the cement-based aggregate. The fiber improves the performance of concrete by reducing the occurrence and number of original cracks in the concrete, and will not have any conflict or chemical reaction with concrete aggregates, admixtures, admixtures, and cement, therefore it has good adaptability with concrete materials.
