Galaxy SOHO

Galaxy SOHO, under SOHO China, is located on a rare large plot of land in Beijing's inner city. This is a large integrated project covering an area of more than 50,000 square meters and with a total construction area of 330,000 square meters, combining commercial and office functions.

Galaxy SOHO uses several advanced green building technologies, such as high-performance curtain wall systems, daylight harvesting, 100% underground parking, wastewater recycling, high-efficiency heating and air conditioning systems, chlorofluorocarbon-free refrigeration methods, and a high-quality building automation system.

This beautiful and flowing architectural group not only creates a flowing and organic internal space, but also forms an eye-catching landmark building landscape on the adjacent East Second Ring Road. A design theme is to draw on the ideas of Chinese courtyards to create an inner world. At the same time, however, this is a completely 21st-century building: no longer rigid rectangular blocks and spaces between blocks, but through the mutual aggregation, fusion, separation, and reconnection of plastic and rounded volumes via stretching sky bridges to create a continuous and co-evolving form, along with a continuous movement of internal flow lines.
