Gao Yin Financial 117 Building

Tianjin 117 Tower is a building located in the High-tech Industrial Park of Xiqing District, Tianjin. The entire project consists of a central business district, supporting residential areas, and the Tianjin Huanya International Polo Sports Theme Park, and is named for its 117 floors.

The building's design blends traditional Chinese culture with modern aesthetics. The design was conceived by Mr. Li Huawu, an internationally renowned architectural master and chairman and chief architect of the Palmer & Turner Group. The entire architectural design utilizes the wisdom of the "Book of Changes," employing the design concept of "yin embracing yang".

The 117 Tower is square, signifying stability and steadiness. The four facades have a slight curvature, resulting in a beautiful and elegant appearance. The building's exterior facade uses minimalist aesthetic principles. The building soars high into the sky, resembling a rising sun. The collision of Eastern and Western cultures has inspired the design concept of "unlimited vitality," symbolizing the thriving development of the 117 Tower and its bright future aspirations.

The facade of the 117 Tower is carefully designed. The vertical lines of the curtain wall divide from the entrance, merging again at the sky lobby. The changes in the facade lines enhance the vertical rhythm of the building and give a feeling of soaring height. The exterior of the building is a stunning blend of silver reflective glass and curtain walls, reflecting its prominent position among the world's super-tall skyscrapers.
