Zhengxi High-Speed Railway

       The Zhengxi High-Speed Railway (Zhengzhou-Xi'an High-Speed Railway) is the first section of the Xulan Passenger Dedicated Line to be started and completed in the "Four Horizontal and Four Vertical" passenger dedicated lines in China's medium and long-term railway plan. The entire line is 505 kilometers long and has a design speed of 350 kilometers per hour. There are 10 stations along the whole line, including Zhengzhou East Station, Luoyang Longmen Station, and Xi'an North Station.

       Construction of the Zhengxi High-Speed Railway officially started on September 25, 2005, the entire line was completed on June 28, 2009, and it officially began commercial operation on February 6, 2010. It was the first 350-kilometer-per-hour high-speed railway to be put into operation in the central and western regions of China.
