I. Product Introduction

Plastic steel fiber is a high-strength fiber used in construction engineering to control the toughness and impact resistance of concrete. It can replace traditional steel wire mesh and steel fiber, with lower construction costs. This product is time-saving and convenient to use, and is a new type of concrete reinforcing material with broad application prospects.

Houde high-efficiency plastic steel fiber is mainly made of modified polypropylene polymer through a special process. It is a single-filament coarse fiber with a rough surface and a clear outline. Its diameter varies, the fiber length is uneven, and it is wavy. It has high tensile strength, large elastic modulus, and strong acid and alkali resistance. It has the appearance of steel plates and steel fibers, possessing the properties of steel bars and steel fibers, as well as the advantages of synthetic soft fibers. This product can greatly improve the tensile, compressive, and shear strength of concrete, significantly improving the impact resistance, fatigue resistance, and other properties of concrete.

This type of fiber was successfully developed in the United States and Japan at the end of the 20th century and launched in 2000.
