I. Product Introduction

Fiberglass geogrid is a planar network material made by selecting high-quality enhanced alkali-free fiberglass yarn, using advanced foreign warp knitting machines to weave the substrate, adopting warp knitted directional structure, making full use of the yarn strength in the fabric, improving its mechanical properties, so that it has good tensile strength, tear strength and creep resistance, and is coated with high-quality modified asphalt. Following the principle of similarity and compatibility, it emphasizes the composite performance with asphalt mixture, and fully protects the fiberglass substrate, greatly improving the wear resistance and shear resistance of the substrate, so that it can be used for pavement reinforcement, resisting the occurrence of pavement diseases such as cracks and rutting, and solving the problem that asphalt pavement is difficult to reinforce.

II. Product Features

Houde products have the characteristics of high strength, low elongation, high temperature resistance, high modulus, light weight, good toughness, corrosion resistance, and long life. They can be widely used in the repair of old cement pavements, airport runways, dykes, riverbanks, slope protection, and road and bridge pavement reinforcement projects. It can reinforce and strengthen the pavement, prevent pavement rutting, fatigue cracking, thermal and cold shrinkage cracking, and reflection cracking from below. It can also disperse pavement bearing stress and extend pavement service life. Features include high tensile strength, low elongation, no long-term creep, good physical and chemical stability, good thermal stability, fatigue crack resistance, high temperature rutting resistance, low temperature shrinkage crack resistance, and delayed and reduced reflection cracking.

III. Product Applications

  1. Old asphalt concrete pavement, reinforcing asphalt pavement layer, preventing diseases.

  2. Reconstruction of cement concrete pavement into composite pavement to inhibit reflection cracks caused by plate shrinkage.

  3. Road expansion and modification projects, preventing cracks caused by the combination of new and old parts and uneven settlement.

  4. Reinforced treatment of soft soil subgrade, which is conducive to the water drainage and consolidation of soft soil, effectively inhibiting settlement, uniform stress distribution, and enhancing the overall strength of the subgrade.

  5. New roads, reinforcing the semi-rigid base to prevent reflection cracks in the foundation from causing pavement cracks.
