My growth story with Houde Transportation

The heavens are in motion, and the gentleman strives for self-improvement without ceasing;

The earth is stable and receptive, and the gentleman bears the weight of the world with virtue;

“The gentleman who strives for self-improvement without ceasing”

Only then can they “bear the weight of the world with virtue”

“Those who bear the weight of the world with virtue” must first be

“gentlemen who strive for self-improvement without ceasing”

In a season of crisp autumn air,

I joined Houde Transportation

After a short period of training,

I arrived in "the world's hottest city"—Djibouti

“She”—polycarboxylate superplasticizer

Filled my heart with passion

I was eager to understand her composition and properties

Asking when I don't understand, not being ashamed to ask is my secret

Reading materials every day is my weapon

From knowing nothing to knowing a little to "understanding her"

My meticulousness finally won her over

So I can cater to her needs

And freely control her

Later, my opportunity came

I was sent by my leader to practice in several countries

Diligence makes up for lack of talent, I recorded every new thing that happened to me

Around me

In January of this year, I used the experience I summarized

To handle a thorny problem in the project

The first communication, everyone expressed their opinions, and they were vastly different

The second communication, everyone focused on the big picture and sought common ground while reserving differences

The third communication, everyone worked together to resolve conflicts

Not many people on the project understand concrete

Therefore, "gentleman" service must be extended

Problems cannot be left unresolved

To avoid conflicts from escalating

I want to help them solve the difficulties of the problem as much as possible

This is not only a guarantee of the "Houde" quality

More importantly, it is an affirmation of "Houde" service

It is also an opportunity for knowledge to be transformed into results

I have been to Africa and South Asia

I have entered and exited Djibouti eight times

In these places, I integrated what I learned

Knowledge comprehensively

Taking the essence and discarding the dross

To summarize and apply to new projects

Will lead to better results

Besides, I also have a lot of experience with languages

French, English, Bengali, Arabic

At the age of forty, what is there to be afraid of?

Just grit your teeth and learn

Now, I can already have basic communication

“The gentleman” strives for self-improvement without ceasing

Only then can they “bear the weight of the world with virtue”

Life never stops, learning never stops

Life, every day is new
