Polycarboxylate high-performance water reducer is a new generation of polycarboxylate-based high-efficiency water reducer with high water reduction rate. Its special structure allows it to delay adsorption to cement particles and effectively disperse cement particles. The product features high water reduction rate, high slump retention, high enhancement, and low shrinkage.
 

       The product conforms to GB 8076-2008 "Concrete Admixtures", JG/T 223-2017 "Polycarboxylate-based High-Performance Water Reducer", JT/T 769-2009 "Highway Engineering Polycarboxylate-based High-Performance Water Reducer", DL/T 5100-2014 "Technical Regulations for Water Conservancy Concrete Admixtures", TB/T 3275-2011 "Railway Concrete", and other technical standards, as well as the technical specifications of British Standard BS EN 934-2 and American Standard ASTM C 494 Type G, F & D.

 

HD-SS3 polycarboxylate high-performance water reducer has the following characteristics:

 

 

 

ü   High-efficiency water reduction. The water reduction rate is 25%~40%, and the water reduction rate can reach 40% at high dosages.

 

ü   High fluidity, high slump retention, and small slump loss over time.

 

ü   Water reduction rate, setting time, air content, etc. can be adjusted according to engineering needs.

 

ü   Good workability of fresh concrete, no segregation, no bleeding, good pumpability, and solid and smooth surface of hardened concrete.

 

ü   It can significantly improve the frost resistance, permeability resistance, carbonation resistance, and shrinkage resistance of concrete, and greatly extend the service life of concrete.

 

ü   The product has good adaptability with various types of cement. It is suitable for both pure cement mortar concrete and high-strength, high-fluidity, and high-performance concrete with fly ash, mineral powder, and other active admixtures.

 

ü   It can be used alone or in combination with other admixtures to prepare special concrete such as pumped concrete and premixed concrete.

 

ü   The product is chlorine-free and low-alkali, does not corrode steel bars, and is harmless to health and the environment.
